DentaPrep is an interactive site built for patients that guides them through valuable information relating to their dental case.

THE CHALLENGE:

Develop an effective way to present information about related dental procedures to patients recommended by their dentists prior to their next appointment. Multi-lingual site is a must to target different ethnic groups.

THE OMEGA SHIFT SOLUTION:

• A secure website was created where dentists can select which dental procedures their patients should review prior to their next appointment.
• When patients log in they can view presentations directly related to their case and help them hear and see what they want to know.
• All presentations are prepared with help of dental experts using coloured illustrations, 3D animations and voice narration.
• We developed multi-lingual Content Management System (CMS) to allow patients to instantly switch between English, French, Chinese and Spanish.
• We created an inline presentation notes feature where patients can write questions directly to their dentists.

THE IMPACT:

The website proved to be an excellent tool for both dentists and patients. Dentists are saving time because they don't have to explain each procedure in details and patients can view their presentations and understand possible treatment plans, risks and limitations associated with their particular case in a comfort of their home.
