THE CHALLENGE:


Bravado Designs wants to implement a more effective method to manage its critical order entry process given the ever increasing time-consuming manual support for its wholesale customers. Currently Bravado accepts purchase orders from these customers for its product line by way of fax, email and phone.


THE OMEGA SHIFT SOLUTION:


  • The intent was to develop an online, self-service model that leverages the retail online experience and platforms built few years ago and roll it out to wholesale customers.
  • Simple yet intuitive order form process was created for customers to place and confirm their orders.
  • The platform was integrated with local ERP system for real time order/inventory exchange.
  • Custom Content Management System was created in order to manage Products/Prices/Promotions/Shipping
  • Customer communication/marketing program was executed using incentives to encourage early adoption of the platform by existing, identified customer segments
  • Various BI reports were developed for marketing managers and executives.

THE IMPACT:


The implementation was a huge success which resulted in a platform that:

  • Improved the accessibility/productivity of the Bravado wholesale order entry and delivery process by reducing the costs associated with time consuming and error prone re-keying by Customer Service Representatives of wholesale orders.
  • Provided the opportunity to enhance the wholesale customer experience for placing and tracking their orders which resulted in order and revenue increases.
  • Allowed Bravado to be scalable for future expansion outside the US and Canada.
